Return Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, contact us at support@trexdosing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for research purposes. Returns will not be accepted based on dissatisfaction with research results or outcomes.
