Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Domestic shipping times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on destination.

Cold Chain Shipping
Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs at no additional charge. We recommend refrigerating these compounds immediately upon receipt.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. A physical commercial or residential address is required for all orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@trexdosing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
